V.I.P. Mat Terms

Below are the terms and conditions restaurant/diner must agree to, in order to receive free V.I.P. Mats

1. No other agreements shall be honored.
2. When a restaurant/diner is owned and operated by more than one individual, this agreement shall be considered agreed to by all owners and partners.
3. The restaurant/diner owner(s) authorize V.I.P. Inc. to sell advertising on placemats to be used by the restaurant.
4. Visual Image Productions, Incorporated - aka: V.I.P., Inc. agrees to deliver the V.I.P. Mats containing advertisements free of charge to the restaurant/diner.
5. The establishment and owner(s) agree to promptly place the V.I.P. Mats supplied by Visual Image Productions, Incorporated aka: V.I.P., Inc. onto their tables when serving customers for a period of one calendar year or until the quantity delivered is depleted.
6. This agreement becomes binding and expires one calendar year from date V.I.P. Mats are delivered.
Upon EXPIRATION OF ONE CALENDAR YEAR, V.I.P., Inc. has the option to renew this agreement.
